ASPIRATION
​
In this tryptic she depicts her meeting with brother in diferent dimension. She trying to reach him. She uses hands, because with hands we can talk, touch and feel, even see. She is trapped in a dream and trying to reach another reality that is much more important than anything.
These artworks is trying to show, that different dimension is another true world. The same person, but different place. Everytime you look at this work you can see different story behind it. Sometimes you might feel impaired, because you puzzle same person, but in different felling. It seems that everything is happening right now, at this and other place. Pictures become alive. They start to tell a story about things that never happened in places that never existed. It makes you think, that reality is not the only place where we live...

ABOUT LAURA VILEIKYTÄ–

Laura Vileikyte is graphics artist from Siauliai, Lithuania. She was always closely associated with arts, since childhood she knew, that her life will be related with it. After graduating school she decided to gain more experience and see more of the world. She lived in London, because she wanted to meet different culture people and she knew that England is easily accessible place where people come together from all over the world.
She also hitchiked across the Europe to see from closer perspective about difference between people. That‘s the reason why main subject of her work is human. She want to show thru her artworks our incomprehensible side which is a mystery to all of us. In her opinion creativity is more important to search eternity and to find a universal language without any felling expression barrier.
