DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK
Personal piece that is reflective of how my dreams make me feel
This specific piece represents how small my dreams make me feel sometimes, with the canvas being 4x4 inches. The visual aspect of the painting characterizing the dreams themselves - floating, soft, delicate and cloud like which is depicted by the pastel and muted tones. The built up nature/impasto on the piece is intended to represent that the many layers that can come with dreams, how they can have so much depth to them.
