DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK

My paintings takes place a limitless dialogue between I and memories that, through a light and extensive movement, is hidden under layers of transparent paint and proceeds, in a narrative background, to a point where abstraction and reality exist. A gentle movement in tunnel of time dreaming. Searching for a visual link among themes like something can connect with delusion of freedom.
​
To me, having a traditional look at the elements such as locks and keys or old medical tools and including them in the hidden layers of my works entails an unbreakable relation between tradition old memories and inseparable from life. And sometimes they have a power to stop life breathing, Even if it’s modern.
